ARTWORK GUIDELINES
​
Artwork in any medium on framed canvas or canvas board is preferred.
An outer frame is not mandatory for inner framed canvas, but it is mandatory for canvas boards.
Glass-framed artwork will be accepted only if the artist can drop off and pick up the artwork/s directly from the gallery on the specified dates.
Glass-framed artwork/s will not be accepted via hyperlocal courier or delivery services.
Sculpture artists must personally drop off and pick up their work from the gallery on the specified dates.
For photography, canvas print with inner frame is preffered.
ARTWORK SIZE

Maximum size of artwork should be:

2 ft (width) x 2 ft (height)
(AFTER COMPLETE FRAMING)
​
Artwork slightly larger will be accepted with an additional fee.
​
Maximum size of sculpture should be:
2 ft x 2ft x 3 ft (height)

Curatorship
Bangiya Kala Kendra's MUMBAI ART FIESTA is curated by siddhARTha karmakar Art Foundation, Mumbai.
Submission Fee
There is no submission fee to apply for selection. Participation fees are payable only after final selection.
Selection Process
Each submission will be evaluated individually, not collectively.
Payment Timeline
Participation fees must be paid within 4 days of selection. Space will be reserved for 4 days only; if payment is not received, the slot will be offered to another artist.
Artwork Delivery
Artists who personally deliver and collect their artwork on the specified dates will be preferred.
Artist Presence
The artist’s physical presence at the exhibition at all times is not mandatory.
Courier Policy
The organizer is not responsible for any breakage or damage to artwork sent via hyperlocal couriers or delivery services. It is entirely the artist’s responsibility.
Sales & Commission
There is no commission on artwork sales. Artists may include their contact details (Mobile No., WhatsApp, Email, Instagram ID, Website URL, etc.) on name tags, so buyers can contact them directly.

Please fill out and submit the registration form, and attach your self-photo & artworks with the following details (title, size, medium, year & price).
​

We will notify you of the selection result and Payment Procedure via email and WhatsApp.
​
​
You must pay the Participation Fees within 4 days of receiving the selection notification.
​
​
Upon sending us the screenshot of the payment receipt, your participation will be confirmed by us.
​
​
you will receive your e-poster with your self-photo within 7 days from the date of payment of the participation fees.
​
​
You are required to submit your physical artwork/s on 28th March (Saturday) 2pm for phase 1 artists and 1st April (Wednesday) 2pm for phase 2 artists to Gallery.
​
​
The exhibition will take place from 30th Mar to 1st Apr, 2026 for phase 1 artists and 2nd to 4th Apr, 2026 for phase 2 artists.
